-styles:

-Freestyle: improvisation as the name implies. Freestyle in Spain is also considered the adaptation of something already existing, not just invented in the act. This is true both in the beat box and in the songs themselves.

-Covers: Versions of familiar themes. The typical techniques of covering consist in making the rhythm while being sung at the same time, although it is not sine qua non condition.

-Layer: Multitrack is to record several layers of sounds and play them at the same time, dedicating one to the battery, another to the bass and another to the melody for example. Layering can be done with most audio editing programs. For direct use hardware loopstations, machines that are responsible for making loops with the incoming signal.

-Scratch: This branch is dedicated specifically to vocal scratch, in which the emulates the famous "aua" playing with treble and bass. Shadow Sumo: Style of bass sounds mostly dubstep combined with the technique of ventrilo that consists of the entrance and exit of air quickly by the mouth, KIM and BigBen are 2 of the most incorporate this style in their battles.

-Thecnic: Named as the fast beatboxing style used with many boxes and cymbals, this is a "New School" technique with the main creator Skiller, followed by Alem, Rbbt, Chummbeat, among others.

-Each voice has a unique timbre that makes it different to other voices. This depends on the speech organs

-breathing:

any performer must learn to control the three phases of breathing ( breathing in, holding their breath and breathing out).They must also learnt the correct use of upper chest breathing (with the ribs),abdominal breathing (with the stomach)and complete breathing (both at the same time)

-vocal traditions

every culture has its own vocal traditions.

• YODELING:originated in Tyrol region in the alps.it´s a way of singing without words in wich the performer change quickly between very high and very low notes.

• OVERTONE SINGING:is a very popular technique in various parts of central Asia.In this style the performers sings two or more notes at the same time.

• BEATBOXING:is a type of vocal percussion in wich the performer imitates the sounds of a drum machine with the mouth,lips,tongue and voice .It was born in the late 1980 in the poorer parts of New York.
